Vanilla Genoese sponge ( Ref: GB#VANILLA )
Ready made vanilla genoese sponge. Can be frozen on receipt and then used as required. Will freeze for 1 month

Shelf life approx 14 days from receipt or from when removed from freezer.

These genoese sponges are 2 layer, each layer approx 30mm thick. When filled with jam/cream your overall sponge will have a depth of about 75-80mm

If you wish to make novelty shapes then freeze sponge, remove from the freezer and within 30mins - 1 hour you will be able to sculpture your shape from the semi-frozen sponge with a sharp knife.
