Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.We accept Visa and Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta. We do not charge for any order until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.We do not back order items.If the item is out of stock you will be unable to add it to your cart.PLEASE NOTE: You must supply a landine telephone contact number for your order to be processed. Delivery Schedule
Almond Art will not be liable for any consequential loss caused by failure of the carrier to deliver. We will endeavour to be as accurate as possible with delivery dates, however any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses you might incur as a result of a delay in receiving your goods or subsequent delays that may result from delivery problems. When ordering goods which will be dispatched with Royal Mail i.e goods under 1kg in weight you should allow up to 14 days for delivery within the UK. We will dispatch your goods by 1st class post but it may take Royal Mail this long to deliver them.Goods are only dispatched and delivered Monday-Friday. NOT Saturdays or Sundays For Mainland UK (Highlands/Islands/N.I excluded) All orders received by 12 noon UK time Monday -Friday will be dispatched the same day where possible See shipping and handling section above. All orders to other destinations will be dispatched as soon as customers have agreed to carriage costs. These will always be charged at cost price. We shall advise of likely delivery times before dispatch. These are estimated not guarenteed.If you request that your parcel be left 'in the shed' or with a neighbour this can be done. However, this is entirely at your own risk. We will not be held responsible if your goods subsequently go missing.

Returns Policy
Returns In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) concerning customers located in the European Union.If you decide you do not require the goods you have ordered, they may be returned within 7 working days of receiving them. Should you wish to cancel and return the goods, (at your own expense) for a *full product refund.*(Excludes perishable goods). you must inform us in writing before doing so. We are unable to offer refunds if we have not been notified within this time period.Goods must be returned in their original packaging unused and in perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in the event of any return. You should obtain a certificate of proof of posting if you are returning goods by Royal Mail. (We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us) If you would like us to arrange collection of heavy goods - (over 1kg up to 30kg) there is a £12 charge per parcel to do so. Or you may arrange a carrier at your own expense.If you return items, we will process the returns, and you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 weeks of our receiving your returns.Should you be sent an item incorrectly we will change it for the correct item. You will be asked to return it to us via the post for goods under 5kg you will need to obtain a certificate of posting. For goods over 5kg we will arrange a carrier to collect the goods.
