will it cost me?
Your
parcel will fit into one of four categories. Free, £3.50, £6 or at cost.
By working through the questions below, you should be able to determine
which category your parcel will be in.
Parcels are only dispatched and delivered on weekdays - Not Sat &
Sun.

Dispatch is by first class letter post.

We will advise you of the cost of carriage before dispatching the parcel;
that will be dependent upon weight and value of your parcel and
destination.
We will always find the most cost-effective method to save you money.
You will be charged at cost if the postage is over £3.50 but if the
postage is under £3.50 you will be charged our minimum pack & post
charge of £3.50.
If you are unsure if you are classed as Highlands or Islands
(by our carriers) please check the list of post
codes further down the page.
*Next
Day Delivery:
(Not Sat & Sun) This service is good - very good - but not perfect,
so don't leave your ordering to the last minute! We are unable to
guarantee that your parcel will be with you the next day. Although 99% of
the time it will be. We can only guarantee that if you order by 12 noon
(Mon - Fri) your parcel will be dispatched that day. It will be sent on a
next working day carrier service, or by first class letter post dependant
on weight. We cannot be responsible for something of which we do not have
control. Please be assured that this service is generally excellent.
We have to assume that your parcel has been delivered on time if we do
not hear from you. If it does not arrive when you expect it please call
first thing the following morning so that we can chase it. Carrier
parcels require a signature. If you instruct us or leave the carrier a
note asking to leave the parcel without a signature, then you do so at
your own risk.

listed below you will be charged at cost for postage; that will be
dependent upon weight and value of your parcel and destination. Please

Discounts
We
offer a 10% discount for BSG Members, sugarcraft students and to Almond
Art discount cardholders. If you are already registered on our computer
system as a discount customer, your 10% discount will be deducted when
the order is entered into our system at Almond Art. It will not show on
the website.
If it is your first order and you have not been registered on our
computer system as a discount customer, you will need to contact us either
by email or telephone to arrange discount (that is if you are a BSG
Member or a sugarcraft student).
