Made and packed for us by a highly reputable supplier respected in the baking industry, these cake mixes are perfect for home use and available in a wide variety of flavours, and ideal for individual cake bases, and cupcakes and great when making wedding cakes requiring different flavours for each tier. Cost-effective, with no wasted ingredients and only requiring the addition of water or vegetable oil. Just follow the instructions for delicious cakes every time. - Baked product is suitable for home freezing.
- Cakes will keep well in cool, and dry conditions for 5-7 days.
As a guide, a 1kg bag of the mix made into the batter will make one of the following:
- 13″ x 9″ sheet pan or 12″ x 10″
- 8″ round cake and 12 cupcakes
- 2 x 2lb loaf tins
- 10″ round or square cake
- 48 cupcakes
